Super nice establishment and friendly staff. You can always enter as long as you have your key room, even during the night, so you don't have to adapt to a schedule. I slept in with 5 other women and the only thing that bothered me a little was the lights installed on the bed were rather bright, but I mean you can just turn around. The lounge rooms are also comfy and the pool table is great (gotta pay to play thought) Overall great experience.

Only rating this high so my review shows up top. This is by far the worst hostel I’ve ever been too. The staff are extremely rude. The place is disgusting (for a hostel) and never cleaned. It claims it is a youth hostel yet our youngest roommate in our 20 female dorm was 35. Do not even think about going out if you stay in this hostel because if you stay out anytime after 22:00 you will be yelled at by the staff. The one staff also claimed there were quiet hours after 21:00 yet there is nowhere that says that on the website so it is difficult to even get to your room without making any noise. The outlets do not work so you cannot charge your devices privately, only in the common rooms. Overall, for such an expensive hostel, you can book much better in a closer part of town, which by the way this hostel was a 25 minute walk from the center of Lucerne and there are many that are only 5 minute walks from the center and much better. Biggest waste of money especially with the rudest staff in a hostel I’ve ever met.

It's one of the best hostels I've stayed. The staff was nice I haven't encountered anything disrespectful. Breakfast was great also. I stayed in girls dorm, it was also clean and well-planned. I literally loved it

I had a great experience at this hostel. I booked a 4 bed girls only room through a third party website and they ended up scamming me because I actually booked a 20 bed mixed dorm. The staff here were extremely kind and understanding and put me in the 4 bed girls room even though it showed up otherwise for them. The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Good access to public transportation and free breakfast included!

Breakfeast, lunch and dinner and hospitality were perfect and was very comfortable and silent. The lounge was very welcoming and the people were very nice. Im very happy that you get your money's worth and even more. The hostel is also very close to the city and you only have to take the bus 19 to get into the city

The staff was amazing. We booked through a second party that scammed us & booked us for a 20 person male & female room even though we paid and signed up for what we thought was a 4 person female only room. After talking to the staff they put us in a room by ourselves for free. Breakfast is amazing and included in your stay. Rooms seems clean, just limited space and communal bathrooms.
